Why Hardwood Pellets In Your Fyra 12?
Hardwood Pellets burn cleanly and easily and will leave little ash behind, making them perfect for this oven application. They also add a smoky, aromatic wood flavour to the pizzas or food you are cooking and as long as you keep the pellets topped up your oven will stay at a consistent heigh temperature.
